♥I’m Misty León, & Dachshunds have always been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up surrounded by these little, loving dogs — My mother also bred & raised Dachshunds, & it is from her that I inherited not only a deep love for the breed but years of experience in raising healthy, happy puppies. Every decision I make for our breeding program is guided by that lifelong passion & knowledge.
♥My husband, Ricardo León , was originally born & partly raised in Mexico, he spent his first 12 years in Mexico before moving to the US. While living in Mexico he was taught that animals were only valued if they served a purpose, however after having met me & experiencing how life was with dogs (I had two at the time we met) his world changed a bit . Watching a human have a special bond with an animal and vise versa, helped to shift his way of thinking and I had the privilege to watch him open his heart to animals. Over the past 10 years, he has gained love, respect, & knowledge for our furry companions. Watching him open his heart & love animals as much as I do, is one of my favorite love stories. I absolutely admire & adore my husband.
♥Together, we created our small breeding program, & 208 Dox Dynasty (Originally 208 Dachshund Dynasty) was born! – Where we vowed to dedicate our time to providing an environment of comfort, care, & royal treatment to our future puppies. Our mission is to raise confident, healthy, & loving Dachshunds who bring joy to their forever families.
